Week 1 — The Noticing Shift

Learn to recognize the thought, emotion, or judgment before it spills into reaction.

  • Spot the “rogue thoughts” that trigger your patterns

  • See how old stories (like not being heard or needing to be right) fuel reactions

  • Discover why awareness—without fixing—creates instant space

Week 2 — Sitting with the Discomfort with More Ease

Practice feeling what arises in your body without rushing to react.

  • Notice how emotions show up in the body before words leave your mouth

  • Breathe through the urge to defend yourself or “be right”

  • Separate the feeling from the reaction so calm can grow

👉 By staying present with discomfort, you begin to unhook the deeper wound underneath—allowing calm and peace even when you feel disrespected or unseen.

Week 3 — Understanding Your Repeating Triggers

Shift from frustration into curiosity about why the same things set you off.

  • See repeating triggers as guidance, not failure

  • Ask: What is this showing me about what I need?

  • Explore how to choose a new response when old patterns arise


👉 This is where the old loops begin to lose power. Instead of reliving the same cycle, you’re dissolving the deeper cause—so your sense of peace no longer depends on other people’s words or actions.

Week 4 — Unburdening & Self-Compassion

Dissolve the weight of judgment or guilt and step into true calm.

FAQ's

Do I need to be a meditator?

No. You do not have to have ever meditated to learn this process. In this program, we will do a guided meditation where I guide you into being aware of your inner body. You can do it with your eyes open or closed. The most important thing is that you just listen and follow what I guide you to pay attention to. You'll do great!💗

Is there a replay?

Yes, there will be a replay. But if you can be there live, then you can get immediate feedback and ask questions,
